Public Service Mindset

The following two works refer to the public service mindset:

The first work refers to government's use of technology for transparency and to build public trust, support policy making, ease information sharing, expand virtual experiences, & create employment opportunities. This impacts society by increasing perceptions of government accountability & but more importantly maintaining an informed public.

The second work refers to the IRAC method, applied to the Al Buehler case study, showing how the coach challenged segregation laws to provide equal access & treatment. His actions upheld principles of fair & equitable treatment, highlighting his public service mindset.
