Analysis & Critical Thinking

The following two artifacts focus on analysis & critical thinking:

​The first focuses on integrating ethics into performance management & developing a code of conduct requiring critical analysis of organizational values and their practical application. This involves synthesizing diverse perspectives & aligning them with the organization's mission. The scenarios offered by our professor offered an opportunity to assess.

The second work - as per assignment-- asked to address a public official in a position to address a public service issue, for example, someone working as an appointed or elected official, in a related public institution. I chose to address digital redlining which refers to the practice of systematically denying or limiting access to broadband internet & related tech in specific communities, often marginalized or low-income, which has significant implications for education, employment, healthcare, and quality of life.
