The following two works are related to leadership & management:

The first analyzes the integration of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) principles with ethical frameworks in organizational development, highlighting how AI practices reinforce ethical leadership, creating positive cultures on part of management.
The second are interviews conducted with senior leadership at a prominent hospital. These conversations aimed to explore & highlight the positive core of the organization, focusing on strengths, successes, & potential for future growth. By interviewing experienced leaders in a prominent hospital's social work department, the artifact explores real-world applications of public administration leadership in healthcare, a critical public service sector. The emphasis on the leaders' reputation for ethical leadership & their approach to ethical dilemmas aligns with the focus on preparing leaders who can navigate complex challenges in public service.
